A worker sponsoring a spouse or children usually needs an attested marriage certificate and the children's birth certificates. Registrar-issued certificates are safest. The names must match the passports exactly, including the order of first name and surname, since Kuwaiti records are often entered from the passport.

Kuwaiti ministries work in Arabic. Many sponsors ask for a certified Arabic translation, sometimes done in Kuwait after arrival. If your sponsor prefers it done in India, our translation desk prepares an Arabic version that matches each attested page.
Exporting Rice, Meat and Goods to Kuwait
Kuwait imports Indian rice, meat, spices, textiles and building materials. Buyers and customs often want a legalized commercial invoice and certificate of origin, and food shipments may carry halal and health certificates. The commercial chain is Chamber of Commerce, then MEA attestation, then the Kuwait Embassy.
The invoice, packing list and origin certificate must show the same consignee, invoice number, quantities and values. Embassies set their own fees for commercial papers, which are often higher than for personal ones.
Degree Verification Issues to Watch
Degrees from open, distance or deemed universities sometimes need extra paperwork before the state stage, such as a verification letter from the university. Engineering degrees may also face recognition checks by Kuwaiti professional bodies after arrival. MEA attests only that the Indian officer's signature is genuine. It does not guarantee that a Kuwaiti body will accept the course, so check recognition before you travel.
If you hold a diploma and a degree, ask your employer which one supports your visa title. Attesting the wrong paper wastes a full round of fees.
Planning Around Your Joining Date
Do not wait for the visa to arrive before starting. Collect originals, check spellings and send the set as soon as the employer confirms the list.
