Applying for the passport PCC in Agartala
Select the Police Clearance Certificate service when you apply online, and give your present Tripura address. Pay the fee and book an appointment at the Agartala centre. Bring your passport and address proof.
A passport issued by another office can mean police verification before the PCC is printed. That takes extra time, so start early if a visa date is fixed. Check your name and passport number on the PCC before leaving the counter.

Agartala residents have the passport centre in the city, so there is no need to travel to Kolkata for a PCC. If a police certificate needs state verification, the Deputy Secretaries designated by the state are also in Agartala.
