CSVTU and the polytechnic diploma
CSVTU in Bhilai is the state's technical university, named after Swami Vivekanand. It runs the Diploma in Engineering as a six-semester course for affiliated polytechnics, and publishes results for diploma programmes along with its degree results.
Government polytechnics in Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg, Ambikapur and other towns, as well as private polytechnics, come under this system. That means one issuer for most polytechnic diplomas, which keeps the apostille path simple.

If a foreign licensing body asks for a state stamp, Raipur is where that happens. Otherwise the Delhi route is usually simpler for clients.
